Synopsis
In the town of Junctionville, children are getting their letters to Santa returned to them. It turns out that Albert Mouse has written a letter to the editor saying that "Santa Claus is a fraudulent myth", among other things. In an effort to make Santa happy again, a local clockmaker named Joshua Trundle builds a giant clock to welcome Santa back to their town, but Albert, being the curious mouse that he is, ends up destroying the clock while examining it. Albert's father convinces his son to own up to the error of his ways, and, using the knowledge he learned from reading about Copernicus, the little mouse is able to fix the clock. It plays its song at the stroke of 12 midnight, ushering in Christmas Day. Santa hears the song while flying his sleigh and changes course to Junctionville to bring Christmas cheer for the town once again.
Voices include Joel Grey, Tammy Grimes, John McGiver, and George Gobel.
