It is not to be confused with the original series episode "Christmas Flintstone", though the basic plot is more or less the same. Synopsis

Added by JeremyCreekOn Christmas Eve, Fred Flintstone and Barney Rubble save Christmas for children all over the world by taking Santa Claus' place when he sprains his ankle delivering presents at the Flintstones' house. Santa teaches them all they need to know and they do a great job, but Fred is late for a Christmas party hosted by his boss Mr. Slate and he could lose his job.
Trivia
- Pebbles Flintstone and Bamm-Bamm Rubble are depicted in various Flintstones' shows and specials as being anywhere from newborns to young marrieds with two children of their own. In this special, they are of elementary school age, looking not quite ten years old, close to their later depictions in the first live-action Flintstones feature film in 1994. They firmly believe in Santa, and at one point Wilma must convince the worried Pebbles that Santa and her Daddy will come in time for Christmas.
