Carolyn Lawrence (born February 13, 1967) is an American actress and voice actress, best known for her long-running-role as Sandy Cheeks on SpongeBob SquarePants and her less-longer-running role as Cindy Vortex on The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron, Boy Genius.
