Queen Camilla is the Queen Hippopotamus of Castaway Cove and one of the supporting characters in the 2001 film Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and the Island of Misfit Toys.
She is first seen when Rudolph and Hermey are brought to her after their ship crashed. She accuses them of trespassing and has her guards arrest them. However, she recognizes Rudolph she offers to make his nose normal looking to which Rudolph asks for time to think about it which she agrees to. In the end, Rudolph decides to stay just the way he is as Clarice likes his nose.
Camilla is then seen repairing Mr. Cuddles who had stuffing sticking out of him before he is taken by Santa Claus to be given a new owner :his previous owner's daughter.
She may have been intended as an homage to the Gabor sisters, as her accent is similar to theirs. She also visually resembles the hippopotamuses from Walt Disney’s film, Fantasia.
