Loud Kiddington is a major character from the Warner Bros. animated television series Histeria! He is a mischievous little boy known for the excessively loud volume in which he usually speaks, hence his name. He is the most prominent member of the show's Kid Chorus, performing many of the show's musical numbers, usually alongside Froggo, Charity Bazaar, and Aka Pella. Some sketches feature Loud providing a dramatic re-enactment of particularly loud events in history (which he does by shouting a noise associated with the event), while other sketches feature him as a Cal Worthington-like salesman, accompanied by his dog Fetch.
In the show's lone Christmas sketch, "The Banks of the Delaware River" (featured in the episode "The American Revolution - Part I"), Loud briefly appears as a town crier, alongside his dog Fetch, at the beginning to notify the viewers of what time it is (11:00 PM on December 24, 1776) during the sketch. He can be seen again at the very end as Father Time finishes up the narration of the sketch and George Washington declares hot cocoa for everyone.
