Mr. Mxyzptlk is a DC Comics character, frequently shown as an enemy of Superman. Mxyzptlk is a being from the fifth dimension who due to the different physical laws of his dimension, can alter things in a way that seems magic, an ability he uses to cause chaos for fun.
To date, Mxyzptlk's only appearance in a Christmas production was the Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman episode "Twas the Night Before Mxymas".
