Zoe as an angel in Elmo's World: Happy Holidays!
Zoe is a 3-year-old, orange female monster from the children's television show Sesame Street, performed by Fran Brill. She was designed in her color to complement her best friend Elmo, who was gaining popularity at her introduction in 1993.
