General Ticker

General Ticker is a character from Rudolph's Shiny New Year. He is a literal clockwork soldier sent by Father Time to assist Rudolph in his trek across the sands of time. He guides Rudolph to the edge of the desert where they meet The Great Quarter Past Five. From there, they make their way to Father Time's castle while evading the clutches of Aeon the Terrible.
