This special is all about a woman who has a 44 size bust, and a butt so large that no jeans can fit her. She wears XXL size sweats, and those are snug. Her bra also barely fits, because she gets a breast implant every other month. The plot is following this woman's Christmas and what she eats, she is trying to have a large gut as well. At the end she succeeds and needs a new bra and shirt.
