"Guess Who's Coming to Christmas" is the first Christmas episode of the ABC sitcom Happy Days. It originally aired on December 17, 1974 during the show's second season.

Synopsis

Howard wants Christmas Eve to only include the family, but Richie discovers that Fonzie will be all alone.

Availability

The episode was made available on the Happy Days: The Second Season DVD set, released by Paramount Home Entertainment on April 17, 2007.

Trivia

  • This episode was notably the last appearance of the eldest Cunningham brother, Chuck, who was infamously dropped from the show without explanation (and thus making this the only Happy Days Christmas episode he appeared in).
  • The episode was later re-aired in the show's fourth season, repackaged with a framing device in which Richie flashes back on these events to Al Delvecchio. This version of the episode would sometimes be aired in syndication, but has never been released on DVD.
