Jingle Bells is one of Santa's elves who works at the North Pole. He and his companion Jangle Bells are charged with the task to stirring up some Christmas cheer when Santa becomes ill one Christmas. Mrs. Claus sends them into the outside world with Vixen as their guide.
Jingle is the more level-headed of the duo, while still remaining a rather simple-minded elf. Positive and determined, Jingle sets to succeed at their objective no matter what the obstacle. It's he who comes up with the idea to disguise Vixen as a dog so as not to arouse suspicion from the citizens of Southtown, and he who decides that their problems has gone beyond their own capability, and calls upon Mrs. Claus for help.
