Katherine Elaine Soucie (born February 20, 1967) is an American voice actress. She is known for having voiced such animated characters as Fifi La Fume and Little Sneezer in Tiny Toon Adventures, Phil and Lil DeVille (and their mother Betty) in Rugrats and its spin-off All Grown Up!, Morgana McCawber in Darkwing Duck, Princess Sally in the Sonic the Hedgehog animated series, Daisy Duck in Quack Pack, and Maddie Fenton in Danny Phantom, as well as voicing Kanga in the Winnie the Pooh cartoons from 2000 to 2010.
