Santa Claus has had so many elves in so many different specials, it would be impossible to make an article for every single one who has ever appeared. Listed here are the members of Santa Claus' elves who had little impact on the plot of the special(s) in which they appeared and/or did not have their names given.

ElfFromTnP Timon and Pumbaa: "Don't Be Elfish" 1999 This shades-wearing elf, voiced by Jess Harnell, warns Timon that he is on Santa's bad list.
ElvesOnStrike The Fairly OddParents: "Christmas Every Day!" 2001 These elves go on strike from having too much work to do as a result of Timmy Turner wishing for Christmas to be every day.
Salvador A Johnny Bravo Christmas 2001 Salvador, voiced by Cree Summer, brings Santa a last-minute naughty-or-nice update.
N/A In Search of Santa 2004 This elf drives the two-horse closed sleigh that carries the Royal Penguin Princesses/True Believers Crystal and Lucinda along with Max Elfman and his flying pig.
N/A These elves appear in various shots from around Santa's City in the North Pole (including the ceremony in the castle, the pirates in the city scene and one frame in Santa's office) and in the picture book that Santa Claus is real shows them (That includes the photographer ones and Max Elfman). They were voiced by the feature's Loop Group (uncredited except for Tabitha St. Germain and Nicole Bouma).
N/A Oliver the photographer elf, voiced by Jason Michas, comes into Santa's office with a packed satchel that Santa brings it to Crystal and Lucy after they agree to stop the Terribly Deep Thinkers from signing the "Lost at Sea" declaration back at Royal Rookery Rock the next day (December 24th). This elf is mistakenly credited as "Gardener Elf" in the closing credits.
Elves from MLAATR My Life as a Teenage Robot: "A Robot for All Seasons" 2004 These elves try to prevent the reprogrammed Jenny Wakeman from attacking Santa. Two of them were voiced by Candi Milo and Janice Kawaye.
RandomElfFromPnFCV Phineas and Ferb Christmas Vacation! 2009 This elf, voiced by Daran Norris, attempts to start a conversation with Blay'n, who walks away during his rambling.
Jingle Jill A Fairly Odd Christmas 2012 Jingle Jill (portrayed by Dalila Bela) greets Timmy and Tootie when Dingle Dave and Christmas Carol bring them to the North Pole. Like Dave and Carol, she does not get along well with the fairies.
Tinsel Ted Tinsel Ted (portrayed by Bjorn Yearwood) informs everyone that Timmy cannot fill in for Santa due to his name being on Santa's naughty list.
Foreman elf2 The foreman elf (no relation), played by Trevor Lim, mistakes Denzel Crocker (who has disguised himself as an elf) for a new employee and assigns him to cleaning out the reindeer stalls, but not before putting his ears through an ear-sharpener.
Glasses-Wearing Elf from Fairly Odd Christmas This nameless glasses-wearing elf, portrayed by Sean Michael Kyer, is seen playing paddle-ball with Poof as the ball, earning him ire from Cosmo and Wanda. After Santa's accident, he has to reset the count on the number of accident-free days at the workshop.
